Welcome!

If you're in Oakland and feeling like something just isn’t working in your life, you might be looking for a therapist who can really meet you where you are. Maybe you're dealing with anxiety or depression, facing tension or disconnection in your relationship, questioning aspects of your identity, or searching for a deeper sense of meaning and alignment. Whatever you're carrying, you deserve support that’s thoughtful, inclusive, and grounded in compassion.

I offer therapy for residents of Oakland and the greater Bay Area, working with individuals and couples who want to explore their inner world and create meaningful change. I specialize in supporting people through challenges related to anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ identity, relationships, and spiritual exploration. My approach combines evidence-based care with personal insight, offering a space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported every step of the way.
